Medfinders, Inc. (formerly Nursefinders, Inc.), one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing providers, today announced that it has appointed Christian Rutherford to its leadership team as President and Chief Operating Officer of Medfinders Physician Staffing. Rutherford reports to Medfinders CEO Bob Livonius and will oversee all aspects of the physician staffing operations, including strategy development, expansion of existing and new service offerings, business development and overall financial performance.

Medfinders Physician Staffing provides:

• Locum tenens contract physicians under the Linde Healthcare brand;
• Mid-level allied staffing of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants under the Linde Allied brand, and
• Permanent placement of physicians under the Kendall & Davis brand.

Before joining Medfinders, Rutherford served as President of RN Network, a large travel nurse staffing company. Prior to that, Rutherford was President of physician staffing company Weatherby Locums, as well as holding senior roles at CompHealth, Robert Half and SOS Staffing.
